Is there a way to have Hotkeys NOT be active with a specific application? Even an option on the (new) Compatibility settings for "Do not use Hotkeys" would help.
Support for additional keys would be very helpful... multimedia keys, windows, etc.

Note that I tried implementing a check for the application's Title in a script, but it's already too late at that point I realized, the hotkey is already taken from the application at that point.

I don't see a way to do this, but you should get an error message when trying to use a key combination which has already been registered as a hotkey by another application.
