would it be possible to get the time to display on all the smart taskbars (or be configurable for each). It'd be nice since I use my computer as a clock and with 3 monitors it's a pain to have to move to the primary monitor to check the time.

This is planned for a future release. If you have version 3 installed, you could add a toolbar which has a clock, for example the True Launch Bar.
