Is there any way to access Ultramon's commands/menus without going through the system tray GUI? I recently had a situation where the task bar was inadvertently moved to another monitor (Ultramon manages 8 monitors only 1 of which is located at the computer). If I could have turned on mirroring, I could have figured out where the task bar wound up and even moved it back, but since the task bar was gone, so was the system tray and its programs.

Not directly, but you could use ShowUltraMonMenu.exe to open the system tray menu on the monitor with the mouse, I would recommend creating an UltraMon hotkey to run ShowUltraMonMenu.exe.
