My wallpaper decided not to be displayed (which has happened in the past), and so my normal workaround is to just reset it, and it works fine. Except now, WallpaperUtil.cpp crashes, with an error at Line 108, Last error 8. I'm using two monitors, NVIDIA GeForce 7900. Currently using Version 3.0.6 Beta.

You'll get this error if UltraMon can't change the active wallpaper. Can you still manually change wallpapers via Control Panel > Display > Desktop?
