I'm not sure if this is Ultramon or Nvidia. I ugraded both on the same day. I started noticing when I clicked on the start menu that the monitors would all go black for a second and then come back up. It doesn't do it every time but pretty frequently. I disabled Ultramon and did not have it occur while it was disabled. Is anyone else seeing this behaviour? I'm still not convinced it is Ultramon, my first assumption is Nvidia, but try and get a response from them!

My guess would also be the display driver, also haven't seen this myself so far (64-bit Vista with UltraMon 3.0.7).
