My Smart Taskbar has worked fine on all 4 monitors of mine ... until the other day I lost it on my far left monitor. I can't seem to figure out how to get it back. How do I add it back on?

If you're using version 2 of UltraMon, right-click one of the remaining UltraMon taskbars, then select 'Add Taskbar for' from the menu.

Yes, I'm using 2.7.1.0, i see "add taskbar for" but it does not show for the monitor that is missing the taskbar...

I'm not sure what would cause this, but resetting the Smart Taskbar configuration should fix the problem, see Smart Taskbar: missing taskbar or taskbar shows tasks from wrong monitor for more information on doing this.
