I've been having an issue with UltraMon as long as I can remember.
Here is my setup: At work I have a Windows XP workstation with 2 monitors and UltraMon installed. I am currently at 3.06.
When I leave work, I have multiple applications on each monitor. I then go home and use RDP to connect to my workstation at work.
Some applications will "shift" over to the one monitor on my laptop, some will not. Applications that were on the second monitor need to be maximized (via the taskbar), and will then show up on the laptop screen. But then if I am to create, say a new email from outlook, it will put that new window on the second monitor, which I cannot see. I then have to maximize the email message and it will show up on the laptop.
All this maximizing and minimizing is driving me nuts. It's really killing my usable work space and causing great frustration.
Can anyone help? thanks!

I'm seeing that as well on Vista, not on XP though. It's not an UltraMon issue, you'll have the same problem without UltraMon running. I'm not sure if this is a Windows issue or something else.
UltraMon currently doesn't have a workaround/fix for this, but a feature to move all offscreen windows back onscreen will be considered for a future release.
