With a document open in powerpoint 2007, when attempting to minimize the powerpoint window using the smart taskbar (either by clicking on the start bar item when its active or by right clicking and selecting minimize), the current MDI child of powerpoint is minimized instead of the whole program.
Excel 2007 does not exhibit this same behavior.

Thanks for the bug report, I've been able to reproduce the issue. I'll look into this for the next release.

I'm thinking my issue is similar, though it's with Excel 2007 and a three monitor setup.
My middle monitor is setup as the primary and double-clicking a taskbar icon of an open application minimizes the application like normal.
However, having Excel open in either of the other two monitors and double-clicking the active taskbar Excel icon causes the MDI child windows to minimize instead.
This is on Windows 7 running v3.0.10 of UltraMon.

Hasn't been fixed yet, but it's still on the todo list.
