I'm trying to install UltraMon but when i try to get past the registration information part it says: "Please wait while the installer finishes determining your disk space requirements"
But in never does anything. BTW, i'm just using the trial and i'm using winXP.
What am i doing wrong?

Might be an issue with the Windows Installer service, please try if it works after restarting your system.

I believe this problem is because the UltraMon setup leaves an msiexec.exe process dangling around after the install finishes. I can reproduce this by:
1. Open Task Manager. 2. Select the Processes tab. 3. Sort by Image Name. 4. Note that there are no msiexec.exe processes running. 5. Run UltraMon_3.0.7_en_x32.msi. 6. Note that there are now three msiexec.exe processes running. 7. Press Cancel on the Welcome page of the setup wizard. 8. Respond "Yes" to the prompt. 9. Press the Finish button.
Expected Results: No msiexec.exe processes running. Actual Results: One msiexec.exe process running.
Reproducible: Every time
This lingering process doesn't always cause the "Calculating disk space" dialog to never disappear. However, when I do have that problem, killing the stale msiexec.exe process always fixes it.

That's most likely an issue with Windows Installer, UltraMon doesn't manually launch msiexec.exe.

I had the same problem with the UltraMon_3.0.10_en_x32 installer, and the solution Bilbo proposed fixed the issue.
So, it appears that the installer hasn't been fixed yet.
