My Links on second taskbar does not work. All the links appear but when I click on them nothing happens. Any ideas?

Unfortunately most of the Microsoft toolbars don't work with UltraMon, currently I don't see a fix for this. You could do the same with the True Launch Bar, which works fine with UltraMon.
