Just for the records (tested with version 3.0.7 Beta):

The option "enable moving of maximized windows using the mouse" breaks partially the Aero Snap feature in Windows 7. When you move a non maximized window to the top to let windows maximize it for you, you can't restore the window size by draging it away from the top. When this function is enabled the window will be maximized as soon as you release the mouse. Disabling this function seems to workaround this issue and you can drag maximized windows away from the top to restore them to their original size.

Currently I have no plans to change this, I would recommend disabling UltraMon's move maximized windows feature if you prefer how Windows 7 handles this.

Personally I prefer the UltraMon feature because you don't need to move the mouse to the top of the screen to have the window maximized again.
