I am not sure what snapped but what was in VISTA monitors (2 of them) appear to have switched numbers (e.g. 1 is now 2 and 2 is now 1). When that occurred I had a secondary affect occur with ultamon. When I switch the primary monitor only my shortcuts move to the new screen no longer does the startup menu move too.
Did I accidental switch something somewhere?
Thanks (Great TOOL)

I used to get that issue every time I updated my Nvidia drivers. In the end I decided it wasn't worth figuring out so I just switch the stupid monitor cords. The only other solution I had was to reinstall the new drivers again and it would change it back. Of course swapping the cords was quicker. :)

I'm not sure why the main taskbar wouldn't get moved automatically (this is handled by Windows), but you can also move it manually, just unlock it, then grab a free area on the taskbar with the mouse and drag it to the other monitor.
