Hi. I have a problem to set the shortcut to a program, so it starts on a specific monitor.
The programs are opening on either the same monitor or a random monitor.
We need them to open on the "same" monitor each time. I can manually move them via right click on the button in taskbar, but then I have to do this every time the computer restarts (once a month).

What's the application you're trying to position via UltraMon?
Some applications restrict how their windows can be moved/resized, and so can't be positioned by UltraMon, with other applications UltraMon can only position the first instance of the application (for example Firefox).

Okay. It's primary Internet explorer.
And I have problems with MS Access. The main winodw is moved correctly, but the popup are displayed on another monitor.
If I start a dos-batchfile at in this atrarts another program, it does not work either.

I've also seen problems with IE on Vista, not sure yet if there's a fix. You could use one of the MultiBrowser scripts to launch multiple IE instances on different monitors.
There's no fix for the popup issue, UltraMon currently doesn't support positioning of popup/child/dialog windows.
To get it working from a batch file you would need to launch the UltraMon shortcut instead of the actual application, like this:
"C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\3.0.7\Shortcuts\Notepad.umshortcut"
