I'm been tasked with finding out if it is possible to mirror a windowed application to our secondary monitor, essentially just cloning that one app onto the second monitor.
We don't want it to the cloned app to be drawn over by other applications from the source monitor. This is hard to explain if anyone has an idea about how to go about doing this or needs more information please let me know.

UltraMon mirroring can do this, but due to a bug this currently only works correctly if you're using Vista with the Aero theme.

We're running XP pro SP3 32-bit, is there a way I could help out with this bug? I have a B.S. in Computer Science and starting my Masters here in a couple weeks.
