I'm running Win 7 RC with Ultramon 3.0.7 beta on my Dell XPS 400 desktop. Everytime my computer starts up, I get a User Account Control alert that Ultramon.exe is trying to make changes to my computer. I have to click 'yes' and allow the changes otherwise ultramon won't run. Isn't there a way I can say 'yes' and not get these alerts each time? I don't know if this is a Win 7 RC issue or an Ultramon issue. I thought I'd start here.
Also, I'm running Norton IIS 2010 beta and Office 2010 Technical Preview. Yes I know I have too many beta's running but except for this annoying alert, they're playing surprisingly well together.
Any ideas?

For all programs that require a UAC acknolegement to start, I start them using "Task Scheduler" instead of the registry "run" or "startup" folder.
If I check the box for "Run with highest privleges", boom, they get Admin rights without a UAC popup.
You can find it easily by:
Right Click "Computer" Select "Manage" Task Scheduler is at the top of the System Tool List.

Do you have UltraMon configured to run as administrator?
That's not necessary, to disable the option right-click the UltraMon shortcut in Start Menu > Programs > Startup, select Properties from the menu, then select the Compatibility tab and uncheck 'Run this program as an administrator'.
