Whenever I boot my PC with 3.07 installed (both with Windows Vista and now Windows 7) I get two smart taskbars startup on my second monitor. It looks to me like two instances of ultramon are starting up. I've only got it in my startup folder a single time, but when I check msconfig to see the startup list it appears twice. I can only actually begin to use my PC if I close one of the instances by right clicking on the icon in the system tray and exiting.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to always be greeted with the same issue.
Any ideas on how to fix it?

What does msconfig show as the command and location for the two UltraMon entries?

LOCATION: C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Looks okay, unfortunately I have no idea why you would have this entry twice, seems odd. What happens if you disable one of the entries in msconfig?
