I mean, is it enough to install 2 or 3 PCI VGA cards into muy CPU to be able to use this software and distribute my desktop across all monitor connected to this PCI VGA cards?

That should work fine, but you don't need UltraMon for extending the desktop, this is handled by the operating system. UltraMon adds additional multi-monitor features on top of this.
