I just picked up my computer from the shop yesterday. Turned it on and the ultra mon box at the top right of the screen is gone and the program is not working! Help Does anyone know how to fix this?? My computer shop can't help me (of course). Thanks for your help

Is the secondary monitor already enabled? You can do this via right-click on the UltraMon icon in the system tray, then select Display Settings from the menu.
