Installed Vista SP2. Outlook freezes, Firefox won't start, and system is very slow. After several reboots and killing various programs, I found that everything is fine with Ultramon not running.
If you must have Ultramon (like me) wait to do SP2!

Follow up:
A reinstall of 3.0.7 without mirroring, and everything is good.

Seems unlikely that this would be related to the mirroring feature, 3.0.7 no longer uses a display mirror driver.
I'm not sure though what might have caused this, 3.0.7 works fine for me on 64-bit Vista SP2.
