I have a program running on the primary monitor - so far so good. I have another program running on the secondary monitor - no problem.
If I work with the Primary Monitor program the secondary monitor is fine. But, if I so much as click anywhere on the 2nd screen, the program on the first screen immediately minimises down to the taskbar.
I need to be able to jump between the screens without whatever is on the primary screen dissapearing to the taskbar.

Some fullscreen applications do this when they lose the focus, this would need to be changed in the application, there's no workaround for this.

Thanks Christian, I thought that maybe the case. Oh well, time to ask the hard questions on the specific program's forums. Thanks again.
