I run Windows 7 and encountered some problems with getting the application to run at all, I did disable some mentioned things via regedit as mentioned here in another thread.
When I ran this (I'm using version 3.03 BTW) with Windows Vista it all worked great, but now the taskbar is alot smaller, pretty much a tad smaller than 60% of the primary screen's taskbar size.
Here's a dcreenshot of my desktop to show you what I mean:

How can I fix this so that both tasbars are the same size?

Upgrading to 3.0.7 will fix this, only 3.0.6 and later have Windows 7 support.
