If any app is opened with "RUNAS", it does not display the icons in the title bar.
Is there any solution for this?

Unfortunately UltraMon can't add window buttons to applications running under a different user account on XP, what will work fine though are the Move/Desktop Maximize Window hotkeys (UltraMon Options > Hotkeys).
With 2.7.1 you'll have another issue, the Smart Taskbar won't be able to track the position of those applications. Support for this was added in the 3.0 beta.
