Is there a way to keep a program active on one monitor even when you click on a program on another? For instance when world of warcraft is open on monitor one and i click on something in monitor two i want to still be able to hear what's going on in world of warcraft. I used vista before and just upgraded to Windows 7 today and now i'm experiencing this issue.

UltraMon can't do this, I'm also not aware of another way to keep two applications active at the same time, I don't think that this is possible.
