Ultramon is great app, but occasinally the toolbar on my secondary monitor goes flaky.
I click a minimized app and the button activates but the related window does not pop up, I go all down my toobar and all the apps select but dont become active.
Then, if I select with my right mouse button they become fully active, it's annoying. No other issues with the mouse and no customization to the mouse settings, its an ultramon thing, not a mouse thing.
Also, if I drag the windows from second monitor to main monitor and back again, it tends to resolve the problem for awhile.

Which version of UltraMon and Windows are you using?

I haven't seen this myself before, but installing the latest 3.0 beta should still be worth a try. Let me know if you still get that issue with 3.0.7.
