running 3.0.7, fresh install of Win7 Pro, Office 2007 Ultimate
If Outlook 2007 is open when I shutdown Win7 it won't close, then after 20 seconds or so crashes. If I cancel the shutdown before the crash I get:

Workaround fixes it

workaround go to UltraMon Options > Compatibility, configure settings for Outlook and check the 'use alternative method to add window buttons' option.
