When you move a window to the top of the screen in win7, the window is maximized. When you drag it down again, it is restored. However, with UltraMon enabled, the window refuses to restore. It immediatly maximizes again.

By default UltraMon handles moving of maximized windows, if you prefer how Windows 7 handles this go to UltraMon Options > General and uncheck 'enable moving of maximized windows using the mouse'.
