I am now using Vista and UltraMon 2.7.1. I am planning to upgrade to Windows 7 and UltraMon 3.0.7 Beta respectively. My question is: Should I upgrade from UltraMon 2.7.1 to 3.0.7 under Vista first? Or should I first upgrade to Windows 7 and then upgrade to UltraMon from 2.7.1 to 3.0.7 Beta afterwards?

I would upgrade UltraMon first, but you should also be fine if you upgrade to 3.0.7 after installing Windows 7.
