Hello,
Can someone please confirm the following issue: - UltraMon 3.0.7 beta - Windows XP SP3 - 2 monitors 1280x1024 each - RDP window with a resolution less than full screen e.g. 1027x768
If I move the windows via "Move to Other Monitor" or using the overlay button, the windows size is reduced by at least 1px which creates scroll bars on the RDP window.
This is quite annoying because the windows has to be resized manually.
Thank you for your feedback.
Fabian.

Please post the display configuration from UltraMon menu > About, most likely the taskbars aren't the same height on both monitors, that could cause this problem.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
Based on your feedback I have made some testing and could identify the reason.
Both monitors have the same resolution but the task bar size is different. On the first monitor the size is two rows windows task bar. On the second it is one row UltraMon task bar.
When changing to one row on the first monitor it works. Changing to two rows on the second monitor, same issue.
Please advice.
Fabian.

To prevent this, go to UltraMon Options > General and set the resize mode to 'to fit'. This way windows will only get resized when moved to a monitor with a different resolution if they otherwise wouldn't fit on the monitor.
