hi, i am using nvidia horizontal span and i would like to know how i can make a shortcut or use a hotkey to switch between the primary and the secondary dispalies.

In Span mode, it's all one big monitor (as far as Windows is concerned). Use the regular Windows Extended Desktop mode, and you can switch primary.
