Yes, as long as you get cards that are compatible with the available slots in the computer. Depending on the available slot types, you might have to use 2 different types of slots, so you might not be able to match the 2 cards exactly. The fact that it has Xeon processors is irrelevant.
What is the reason you are adding a second video card? The answer could make a difference in what cards you should get or what alternative solutions are available.
