I find ultramon very useful but it has a few kinks that need to be ironed out.
I am running VistaX86 with 2 monitors
Ultramon sometimes screws with my sidebar, messing up my gadgets (mainly the standard vista CPU / RAM one)
Sometime black windows are created with no name that can not easily be closed.
Killing explorer seems to temporally fix these problems.
Hopefully others have experienced similar problems so they can be fixed in future releases.

I haven't seen this myself so far, did you notice anything that seems to cause the problem, for example launching an application or doing something specific?

I have not noticed any reproducible step although it does happen quite often to me so I will try to pay more attention.
Some issues require me to kill explorer (empty blank windows) the other (messed up side bar) requires me to kill and restart the sidebar.

For some reason nearly every time I enable the ultramon secondary monitor I get windows that I told are always present but normally hidden showing up.
I have provided a screen shot (sorry about the size but I though it best to keep it as is).

Do you enable the secondary monitor via UltraMon menu > Enable Secondary? If yes, please try if enabling the monitor via UltraMon menu > Display Settings fixes the problem.
