Is there any way to get this powertoy to display on each of the taskbars? I have 2 monitors, each with its own taskbar.

This works fine with version 3 of UltraMon, you can get the latest beta here. Just right-click the UltraMon taskbar and select Toolbars from the menu to add the magnifier to the UltraMon taskbar as well.
