I really liked ultramon function that i can right click on aplication in taskbar and send it to other monitor. Is it possible to add this feature in windows 7 too?

The feature is already available in Windows 7.
Hold down the SHIFT key and right click on the program icon on the task bar. Then select "Move to other monitor"
