I am on a newly installed Win7 64 bit machine, and noticed that the taskbar on the 2nd monitor is hidden when windows are maximized on that monitor. is this normal? on my old XP machine, this was not the case.
Also, side note. On win7 basic default theme, the taskbar is black, and hardly matches the normal main taskbar of the main screen, and is actually hard to read. I had to use Windows Classic for now to make it better

I forgot to mention.
I am using UltraMon v3.0.3 Beta, since it is Win7 64bit

Upgrading to 3.0.7 will fix those issues, 3.0.3 doesn't yet support Windows 7.
