This is a bit of a bizarre problem, and I'm not 100% certain it's Ultramon-caused, which is why I'm linking to this screenshot. :)
Assuming that it was Ultramon that put the 'move window to other monitor' button on application title bars, I've since uninstalled Ultramon... and they're still there.
I know I tried Ultramon, but I don't recall what version. I'm using Win XP Pro (32 bit), SP3.
Help? :)

Looks like the buttons added by Nvidia's nView Desktop Manager, you can disable it via Control Panel > NVIDIA nView Desktop Manager.
