To the problem/s Main one that is really getting to me is, with windows 7 u get like a glass look to your taskbars. When I first boot up the 2nd one that ultramon makes has this same look, however after a bit of time it goes completely see through, making it hard to see what your clicking on.
The other issue is, when it is set to auto hide and always on top, it doesn't always stay ontop. Like right now I can see the thin line at the bottom and if I mouse over it, it will show up. The problem is that line disappears and I have to minimize everything to get to it.

The first issue will be fixed in the next release, only happens when using autohide.
I haven't seen the second issue so far, if you still get this with the next release let me know.
