I've searched around and I will continue to do so, but I am trying to figure out if I am able to run a full screen game while my second monitor runs the web. I've had problems with the resolution for my game (windowed mode is annoying), and its not matching up exactly.
Am I able to run my full screen game on my 1st monitor and surf on my second?

Usually not, most games in fullscreen mode won't let you move the mouse out of the game.

Most will let you run windows at whatever resolution your monitor is set to. Some games support dual monitor in their video settings. In short, no most games won't support full screen and allow you to move your mouse in and out of the game. But in most of them if you run it full screen windowed mode, you can accomplish the same effect.
