I have three monitors. With the taskbar locked, I can still change the size of one of the taskbars, not to less than one row, but from there, no limit: two, three, four ... rows.
How come? 3.0.7 beta.

I haven't seen this myself so far, I tested on Windows 7. Let me know if I need to do anything special to reproduce the issue.
Also make sure both UltraMon taskbars are actually locked or set to use the same setting as the main taskbar, each taskbar has its own locked setting.

Christian, I think that I made a mistake. Sorry about that. It now works as it should.
