moving taskbar(is not switching taskbar between 2monitor) is default fuction in windows 7.(windows 7 does't need taskbar shuffle)
but after ultramon install, can't move taskbar in second monitor.
I'm using 3.0.7beta(windows 7)

UltraMon doesn't support task reordering, support for this will be considered for a future release.
