I have seen several questions about watching TV on secondary monitors. It is possible. You need a very basic TV program. The directx sdk comes with 2 of them. the TV can be dragged to any monitor and even maximized to all the monitors. i don't know if there is an easier way to get the TV viewer program. because the the whole SDK is quite large, but it comes with the source code!

Test this: http://deinterlace.sourceforge.net/
It's the BEST to view TV/Video in Windows. Also have advanced features, like de-interlace. Finally it's absolutly free and source code avaiable.
Good look!

Hi,
if u r getting this D-Scaler TV-Tool to work on the 2nd monitor, plz let me know. This Tool looks quite cool!
BTW: At the moment I use the Hauppauge WinTV2000 Tool to watch on the 2nd monitor, but it has not so much features like D-Scaler!
