Hi.
I´m running Win7 32bit on 2 monitors.
I found the above *.exe in my takmanager.
Is that *.exe necessary for ultramon to work (besides the ultramon.exe)? I´m trying to lower cpu usage by killing not needed tasks.
ultramonuiacc.exe: what does it do?

UltraMonUiAcc.exe adds support for elevated (running as administrator) applications, for adding window buttons etc. This will only get started if you actually use an elevated application, and shouldn't use much memory.
Deleting the file won't work, UltraMon will fail when it tries to launch the application.
