Is it possible to have a second clock on the taskbar on the second monitor? or option to have a clock on every monitor? And possibly some of the taskbar icons such as messenger, and the quicklaunch toolbar.

Version 3 has support for toolbars, there's no built-in Quick Launch but you could use something like True Launch Bar instead. Support for a clock and system tray will be considered for a future release.
