Updated my video driver and then rolled it back. Now I can't drag a program from 1 taskbar to another taskbar on 2nd monitor BUT can use hotkey and the programs switch.
I used to be able to do this before the driver update. I don't have mirroring activated.
Ideas?

Most likely the monitor arrangement got changed, to fix this go to UltraMon menu > Display Settings and change the monitor arrangement to match the arrangement of the physical monitors on your desk.

Hmm, its already setup correctly.
I did uninstall ultramon completly including all stuff in the registry and re-install and that didn't help.

OK, I'm thinking I'm old and senile!
I don't think I was ever able to drag a program from one taskbar to another!
I think what I was remembering was dragging widgets back and forth.
Soooo, problem fixed.
