Installed, rebooted PC. Ran Ultramon, enabled 2nd monitor and it worked.
Tried it a few times and this happened.

This is a built in Clock Gadget from MS so not 3rd party.
Can I get a refund ?, as I never paid £40ish to beta test something as it has always been for Vista even though Vista is years old now.
All I want is to enable/disable my TV, all other stuff is either a bonus or stuff I do not need.
I used to use TV-TOOL but it is now EOL and will not work on Vista.
Windows 7 has its own build in Windows Key Shortcut to do what I need but I am waiting on many fixes and SP1.

I still can't reproduce this issue, just tested again on Vista SP2.

i really don't think this is ultramon's fault -- i've never experienced that issue on either vista, sp1, sp2, or win7, in any of its beta incarnations, rc, or rtm

Well it is IMO and I ain't the only one to have posted this in the past.
Funny how it works perfectly with the Script Christian gave me but I ideally want to run it using the Notification Icon.

As we discussed before it's related to UltraMon restoring window positions, but unfortunately I don't know why that causes a problem on your system.
