In case anyone needs to add an additional video card to their PC to attach more monitors, but only has PCIe X1 (or X2, X4, X8) slots available, one option it to mod an X16 video card to X1. On my web site (linked in my sig), I just posted a walk-through of the PCIe X16 to PCIe X1 video card mod that I just did to my own video card.
