I have an EVGA GeForce 9500 GT Video Card (1GB) with 3 outputs: 2 DVI and 1 S-Video port. The card allows me to use any two of these at a time, but not all three. That's fine.
I was hoping to be able to use Ultramon to switch between 3 display profiles:
(1) main display only
(2) main + second monitor on left
(3) main + S-Video TV on right
I can set these up manually using the NVIDIA control panel. Works as I hoped.
Unfortunately, I cannot seem to change which secondary display to use through UltraMon.
When I set up (3) as above, the UltraMon Display Settings window shows the TV as "2. Generic Non-PnP Monitor on NVIDEIA GeForce 9500 GT", and it even lets me change the resolution of the TV. Yay!
However, after setting up the profiles as above, switching from (2) to (3) only moves the logical placement of the display from left to right. It does not change which secondary display to use. If I manually enable the TV in the NVIDIA control panel, that display is logically moved left to right, and the resolution changes.
If I switch to (1: Main only), then from then on (2) and (3) will only use the second monitor, not the TV. I have to use the (ugly and confusing) NVIDIA control panel to switch back to the TV.
Is this something that may be adressed in future releases of UltraMon? If not, do you know of any work-arounds?
I'm running NVIDIA Control Panel 2.8.254.08 (195.62) on a Dell Inspiron 545 running Windows 7 home premium, 64-bit, with DirectX v11.0.
Thanks very much. Great product! Love that I don't have to register to post!

Currently that's not supported, I'll look into this for a future release. There's no workaround, but you should also be able to switch between monitor and TV via Windows Display Properties, you should have 3 monitors listed there, 2 enabled and 1 disabled.
