In Microsoft Office Communicator, the Ultramon button placement looks a bit wrong. It's a cosmetic issue only as the functionality works OK. I'm using Vista Business x64 and Ultramon 3.0.9 RC.
Please could you look into this?

I would recommend disabling the buttons for Office Communicator, you can do this via UltraMon Options > Compatibility. According to other users they cause problems if you try to add/delete contacts.

Thanks Christian. Are you planning to fix this in a later release? I haven't had any problems with adding/deleting contacts yet.

Do all Communicator windows have a custom (thin and black) window title bar? If yes, there's no fix for this currently, UltraMon in general doesn't support custom window title bars (buttons don't get added at all or don't work correctly).
Unfortunately I can only test with the sign-in window of Office Communicator as I don't have access to a Communicator server.
