Please post the system information from UltraMon menu > About, to access the menu right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray.

1 monitors Current desktop: 2048x768 (0,0 - 2048,768)
Monitor 1 - Plug and Play Monitor (primary): Settings: 2048x768, 32-bit color, 75 Hz refresh rate Coordinates: 0,0 - 2048,768. Workspace: 36,0 - 2048,768 Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT Device: \\.\DISPLAY1\Monitor0

You're currently using span mode, in this mode UltraMon will only see a single wide monitor (2048x768) instead of two monitors running at 1024x768 each.
To fix this you'll need to change to the extended desktop mode/Dualview mode, you can do this via the Nvidia software.

Michael, can you extend the desktop to the second monitor via Control Panel > Display > Settings?
