I have a user who has a 2 monitor setup in stretched screen mode. They have 2 Outlook shortcuts on desktop..one in Quick launch and one on the desktop. You can click each icon and a seperate instance of outlook will open. What i am trying to do is set each icon to open on its own monitor (quick launch-monitor1 and desktop shortcut - monitor2)maximize all the time. Is there any way to use ultramon to accomplish this

Unfortunately this won't work, UltraMon will only be able to position the first instance. This is due to how the application handles multiple instances, currently there is no fix for this.
