I have windows 7 Pro and i cant do the snap feature to split a monitor in half with two windows. Nor can i do a snap to maximize on the top monitor(mine are set to vertical)

That is strange. I just downloaded UltraMon to try it and Windows 7 shake, snap Etc all work fine.
